Buyer’s name, address and email is given through the process of buying and selling, that enables me to send you the item as well as send updates about your item.
Newsletter
Newsletters are used to keep you updated and to send you some exciting news. I will only send newsletter with your permission. I use both Squarespace and Mailchimp to organise emails and data. You can view their privacy policy on their website.
Your consent
In order to receive an item, a buyer provides their personal information (name, address and email) when they buy something from my website. This establishes an agreement for me to fulfil buyers’ order by using the information provided.
When a person signs up for Bobbziee newletters through an online form provided where they enter their name and email address. This data is collected using Squarespace built in mailing service as well as stored by Mailchimp. This also establishes an agreement for me to use this data for intended purpose.
Every individual has the right to withdraw from this consent by unsubscribing to my newsletter or you can email me at bobbziee@hotmail.com

We may disclose your personal data where such disclosure is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject.
Financial transactions relating to my website are handled by our payment services providers, Squarespace [Squarespace Privacy Policy] & Etsy [Etsy Privacy Policy]. I do not have access to bank details or credit card details.
