This series of 3 paintings focuses on being disconnected and alone in a technologically advanced connected world, especially in the romance department. Having your love interest with stats like a trading card only a swipe away and countless social media platforms slowly becoming only media platforms, has led to this whole new branch of people struggling to connect where 'Third places' are slowly disappearing in the physical world. This artwork attempts to capture that time branch. This is even more emphasised with the artwork split into three separate paintings (the submitted image is digitally connected as one big panoramic artwork).
On a positive side, beautiful human nature is still finding ways to reach out and connect with one another while the whole world seems to be crashing down. That is emphasised with a single branch that connects them all.
